We are excited to bring you two amazing studio's focused on moment and connection both with your body and community.
At Reformed Studio, we offer a boutique Pilates experience that combines personalized attention and state-of-the-art equipment to transform your body and mind. Our 45-minute reformer classes are designed for small groups of six members, ensuring a focused and intimate setting for your practice. In addition our studio is equipped with three (3) Wunda chairs providing 30 minute classes in both group and private settings.
Spin Haus is our rhythm-led spin studio providing immersive indoor cycling workouts where you get to pedal, move, dance, and sing to the beat of the music. With 10 bikes you will feel supported without feeling crowded as you get your cardio fix. Our classes are a blend of 45 minute spin and 25 minute spin and 25 minute mat Pilates providing the best of both cardio and strengthening.
